Start by opening the Apple Mail icon on your computer. 

Click Mail at the top left of your screen, and click Add Account.

Fill in the Name, your Email Address & Password, and click Sign In.

Fill in the username as your email address in full.
The account type should be IMAP. 
The Incoming & outgoing mail server are the same, which is mail. your domain name. You can see here we’ve used dentons1.co.uk as an example.

Select if you would like to use the notes app (or not) with your newly added mail account, and click Done to finish adding the account.

Once you’ve clicked Done In, you will have to go back into the account to add the rest of the settings. Click on Mail & Preferences:

Choose your email account from the column on the left hand side, then click the Accounts tab at the top to navigate to the right settings.

Once on this page, click Server settings.

Untick Automatically manage connection settings for both the incoming & outgoing settings.

Mark the incoming port as 993, and ensure Use TLS/SSL is ticked.

Mark the Outgoing port as 465, and ensure Use TLS/SSL is ticked.

Click save.

Your account is now set up! Well done.
