Every email account that we host & provide can be accessed using Webmail, on any device with an internet connection. Great in case of emergency! Webmail also works perfectly well as a regular way to access your emails if you don’t have any other way to access your email account.
Go to your preferred browser (the internet) & paste in your webmail link (provided separately) into the search bar at the top.
This is always your website’s url, plus /webmail, e.g:
You will be taken to a login screen, where you can put your email account in the Email Address field, and the Password in the Password field.
Please note there is also a Reset Password link that will let you update your password in case you forget it.
