About the client

Ellena West is a registered osteopath who practices in Bristol, Keynsham, Saltford and Bath.

The challenge

The client wanted a website to establish an online presence for the business that would drive enquires and leads. It was vital that the website showcase the Ellena’s knowledge and experience, which services she had to offer and the locations that she practices at.

The solution

The new website delivered by Dentons Digital had a customised design, focusing on UX, functionality, and visual appeal. We delivered:

User-Centric UX: Built around UX to drive user engagement and lead generation. The key pages on the site were those for the two main treatments offered by Ellena West. The menu was designed to be simple to navigate with clear headings for the service on the desktop and mobile versions of the site.

Mobile-First Optimisation: Created for flawless mobile and cross-device experience. This included adding a sticky mobile header with contact information for both Ellena West’s treatment locations so website visitors can easily contact Ellena about her services.

Effective CTAs to boost user engagement: This included adding multiple CTAs within the page templates for different contact methods (phone, emails, contact form). Clear contact information was included in the header and footer for the two locations where Ellena practices.

Engaging Imagery: Enhanced visuals for stronger user retention. Images of the client were added to personalise the website. Maps were also added to the contact page to reinforce the information about the two locations.

Trust-Building Indicators: Icons to enhance authority and reliability. Icons for the medical schemes that Ellena West works with professional member icons.

WordPress Framework: Built on WordPress for fast, interactive performance. The CMS is easy for the client to use to make updates to the website content and images.

The results

Six months after launching their new website and the initial SEO work followed by a short SEO campaign the results were positive.
