About the client

The Pewsham Chinese Kitchen had already become well-established when a young woman, Lee Lee Tan, started working on the counter there around 20 years ago. Today she owns the business which, with the help of her family, has blossomed under her guidance, offering authentic Chinese, Malaysian and Thai take-away dishes.

The challenge
