Elementor Layouts

Last Updated

Elementor structures the layout of page or post from top to bottom in the following order:

The header is a dynamic element that begins the page, followed by the page or post content and at the bottom, a dynamic footer.

When editing individual pages or posts, you are editing the elements that are displayed in the content section, as shown below:

You are able to move sections, columns and content up and down the page to create a layout of your choosing, that fits within the content area.

Understanding that a page or post is constructed top to bottom is a great way to visualise how other elements fit together on the page.

If you wish to add or edit the header or footer, you can do this by editing their templates.
