Formatting images before they are added to your website is beneficial to the website and good pratice to follow in general, as it can reduce load times and help keep your images consistent.
For landscape images, we recommend a maximum width of 2500px at 150dpi. The height should be determined by this width and maintain the correct ratio.
These images can be used for hero banners, galleries and page sections, as shown below:

We recommend the minimum width is 800px at 150dpi.
Images at lower dimensions can appear blurry and pixellated when upscaled, so images below the minimum settings are not recommended.
